Step 1
Dry roast daliya in a pan. Add 1 tb spoon of ghee and roast again till golden brown.
Step 2
Now add water and cook till daliya is soft and done.
Step 3
Transfer it in mixing bowl. Now add cooking oil. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add asafoetida. Add grated ginger and green chilli and saute for 1 minute. Add chopped onion and cook till translucent. Add peas and cook till peas are done.
Step 4
Now add cooked daliya and add salt, red chilli powder black pepper powder and mix well. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with curd or pickle.
