Heat oil in a pan and put rai , let it splutter , then add jeera and til , let them splutter
Now add haldi , dhaniya powder , saute , then add garlic paste , saute for a minute , then add red chilly paste . Let it cook on low heat until the oil comes out
Now add amchur powder and salt , again cook for 5-7 minutes and it is ready to serve
We can have this with masala pooris , parantha , any type of pakodi , white dhokla etc
