Peel the papaya and cut into small cubes , remove the seeds if any
Heat mustard oil in a pan , until smoky on high flame , then make the flame slow
Now add rai , jeera , kalonji , fennel seeds , fenugreek seeds and heeng , let them splutter
Then put haldi powder and add chopped papaya and salt , mix well , add some water , cover and cook until it becomes soft
Now uncover and add green chillies , red chilli powder , dhaniya powder and amchur powder , mix nicely , then add jaggery
Let it cook on low heat , until the jaggery dissolves completely
It is ready to serve
