Step 1

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 2

Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

Step 3

Add garlic and green chilies, sauté for a minute.

Step 4

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

Step 5

Add raw mango pieces, Onion,salt, and red chili powder.

Step 6

Cook for 5–7 minutes until the mango becomes slightly soft.

Step 7

Let it cool slightly, then blend coarsely

Step 8

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Step 9

Tadka with mustard seeds n curry leaves

Step 10

Serve fresh with roti, paratha,pakora, sandwich, or rice.
