Raw Mango Hummus

Step 1

Drain and rinse canned chickpeas. In a food processor, combine tahini and lemon juice; blend until creamy. Add raw mango,garlic, salt, cumin, and blend. Add chickpeas and blend for 2-3 minutes, scraping down sides, until thick.

Step 2

With the motor running, slowly add cold water/ice until the texture is light and fluffy.

Step 3

Serve in a bowl, top with a drizzle of olive oil, and optionally sprinkle with paprika, sumac, or toasted pine nuts.
