Step 1

Mash boiled Rajma Beans with hands to keep it coarse, then add Maida chopped Onion chopped Coriander salt + ginger red chilli powder and mix well.

Step 2

Then give round round shape of Cutlets or Tikki.

Step 3

Make a semi thick slurry of Corn flour  water  salt, dip each cutlets into slurry, coat with Bread Crumbs and deep fry in sufficient Oil.

Step 4

Fry the other side under medium flame and Rajma Cutlets is done.
