Rajasthani Khicha Papad Chaat

Step 1

Prepare Khicha Heat water in a pan. Add salt, cumin seeds, green chilli and oil. Slowly add rice flour while stirring continuously. Cook on low flame till thick and soft. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Let it cool slightly and spread on a plate. Prepare Salad Mix In a bowl mix onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander and green chilli. Add chaat masala, red chilli powder and lemon juice. Mix well.

Step 3

Assemble Chaat Place warm khicha in serving plate. Add prepared salad mixture on top. Drizzle green chutney and sweet chutney. Garnish with sev and pomegranate seeds.
