Step 1

Mix wheat flour, sooji, and ½ cup ghee. Add water gradually and knead into a stiff dough.

Step 2

Divide the dough into medium-sized balls (muthiya).

Step 3

Deep fry them on low-medium flame until golden brown and fully cooked.

Step 4

Let them cool completely, then crush and grind into a coarse powder.

Step 5

Transfer the churma to a large bowl.

Step 6

Add powdered jaggery (or sugar), melted ghee, cardamom powder, almonds, cashews, and raisins. Mix well.

Step 7

Take small portions and shape into round ladoos.

Step 8

Garnish with chopped pistachios.

Step 9
