Papa Ki Pasand Challenge My Late Father loved Posto and the dish could be any form but Posto’r Bora was his favourite – I made his favourite dish
Soak Posto with green chillies for 3 hours
In a mortar & pestle take the Posto and make a fine paste with little water, add salt and mix
In a pan heat mustard oil and add the bora shape
On low flame fry for 2 mins each side. Set aside
Serve with sliced onion, green chillies and Kasundi
