Mix flour, salt, and oil. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.

In a bowl, combine grated paneer with coriander, green chillies, ginger, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur, and salt.

Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll one portion into a small disc, place a generous amount of paneer filling in the center, and seal the edges.

Gently roll into a paratha, dusting with flour if needed.

Cook on a hot tawa until golden spots appear on both sides. Apply ghee or butter and cook until crisp and evenly browned.
Step 6
Serve hot with curd, pickle, butter, or mint chutney.

Tip: Squeeze out any excess moisture from the paneer before mixing the filling to prevent the parathas from breaking.
