Step 1

In a bowl take Butter,Oil & Sugar whisk it well to get the fluffy consistency.

Step 2

Now add curd,milk,Vanila Essence & mix it well till all get dissolve properly.

Step 3

In another bowl seive maida,milk powder,baking powder & baking soda.

Step 4

Add dry ingridients in the liquid mixture slowly & mix it well to avoid the lumps.

Step 5

Keep the ribbon like consistency adjust it with small quantity of milk if the batter is thick.

Step 6

Now add half quantity of nuts & seeds in the batter.

Step 7

Take a cake pan greese it with ghee & dust maida around the whole pan.

Step 8

Remove extra maida from the cake pan.

Step 9

Now pour the batter in the pan sprinkle remaining half quantity of nuts & seed,raisins on the top of the cake batter.

Step 10

Tap it well,place in the preheated oven for 40 min on convection mode with 160 degree celcius.

Step 11

Soft & Buttery Panchamrat Meva Cake is ready to enjoy.
