In a blender jar, add the fresh mint leaves, coriander, green chilies, ginger, and all the spices.
Add the muskmelon cubes and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the jar.
Do not add any water while blending, as muskmelon naturally contains a lot of water.
Grind the mixture to a coarse texture.
Your fresh, tangy, and sweet-sour Muskmelon Chutney is ready to serve.
