Moong Dal Paratha

Soak Moong Dal for 4-5 hours and boil it. Make a smooth paste of it by adding ginger.
In moderately heated pan, add oil, add Dal and sauté for 2 minutes, then add all dry spices and sauté till moisture evaporates. Filling / stuffing is ready.
Mix Atta + salt + oil + water and knead a semi soft dough. Extract medium size balls and flatten it.
Then add 3 tbsp of Dal in the middle and seal it nicely.
Then flatten it further to give shape of paratha
Then toast on tawa in sufficient ghee till golden brown. Dal stuffed Paratha is ready.
