Drain the soaked moong dal and grind it with ginger and green chilli into a smooth batter.

Add salt and turmeric powder. 3)Mix well.

Just before steaming, add Eno and mix gently.

Grease a katori and put a small katori up side down.

Pour the batter into the katori and steam for 12–15 minutes.

Allow them to cool slightly and carefully demould choti katori to get dhokla katoris.

Fill each katori with sprouts , Tomatoes,onion, cucumber , green chatni and tamarind chutney

Sprinkle chaat masala and roasted cumin powder.

Garnish with pomegranate pearls and fresh coriander leaves.
