Step 1

Prepare Batter: Drain soaked moong dal.

Step 2

Grind with green chili, ginger, cumin, little water → smooth batter.

Step 3

Mix onion, capsicum, coriander, salt, turmeric.

Step 4

Heat tawa, grease lightly. Pour batter and spread like dosa. Drizzle few drops oil.

Step 5

Cook both sides till golden & crisp.
