Mint Yogurt Chutney

#PD26 Mint Yogurt chutney is tasty and perfect for kabab, pakoda and cutlets.

Step 1

Firstly, in a small blender take 1 cup coriander, ¼ cup pudina, 2 green chilli, 1 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger and 2 tbsp lemon juice.

Step 2

Blend to smooth paste adding water only if required.

Step 3

Add in ¾ cup hung curd. Also add ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp chaat masala and ¼ tsp salt.

Step 4

Whisk smooth making sure the curd blends well with spices.  Finally, serve dahi chutney with paneer tikka or cutlet.
