Step 1
Soak methi seeds in 2-3 tbsp ghee overnight. Grind them into a coarse powder.

Heat ghee and fry the gond until it puffs up. Crush and keep aside.

In the same pan, roast wheat flour on low flame until golden and aromatic.
Step 4
Add chopped almonds, cashews, and dry coconut. Roast for 2 minutes.

Mix in the crushed gond and methi powder.
Step 6
Turn off the flame and add grated jaggery and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Step 7
When the mixture is warm, make medium-sized laddus.

Store in an airtight container and enjoy 1 laddu daily.
