Step 1

Place the curd in muslin cloth and hang it for 4-5 hours till it becomes thick or either take thick curd.

Step 2

Transfer the thick curd to a bowl and whisk till it becomes smooth and fluffy

Step 3

Add cardamom powder, saffron strands, powdered sugar and mango puree and combined well.

Step 4

Refrigerate for 1-2 hour and serve chilled Add dry fruits of your choice before serving.
