Mango Pudding

Step 1

Chop the mango and then blend it in blender, further add milk and blend again to form a smooth mixture.

Step 2

In the pan add the mixture, switch on the flame and keep stirring for 10 minutes, then add sugar and keep stirring.

Step 3

Make a cornflour slurry by adding some milk, mix properly so that there will be no lumps, mix that cornflour mixture in mango slowly slowly and keep stirring.

Step 4

Grease a pudding mould with oil or ghee, pour the mixture and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. After that demould the pudding from mould by slightly tapping on it. Serve cold.
