Mango Pickle

Step 1

Wash the raw mangoes and cut into small pieces

Step 2

In a bowl add turmeric powder and salt and mix the raw mangoes and let it soak overnight covered

Step 3

Don’t discard the salt and turmeric water

Step 4

In a pan add fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, cumin seeds and salt and roast

Step 5

Add to blender and blend a coarse powder

Step 6

Mix the mangoes with this coarse powder, the previous salt and turmeric powder, mustard oil and mix well

Step 7

Add to a clean bottle and add the pickles and add mustard oil first heated and is smoking, cool and then add

Step 8

Mango pickle is ready
