Step 1

Use thick hung curd (remove excess water). Make smooth pulp from ripe mango.

Step 2

In a bowl, whisk curd + mango pulp until creamy. Add sugar, cardamom powder, and mix well.

Step 3

Stir in cream (optional but tasty). Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes.

Step 4

Garnish with nuts and saffron.
