Step 1

Grind the mango pulp smoothly and sieve it. Now put half a spoon of ghee in a pan, add the ground mango and cook on low flame. Now add sugar and cook till it becomes transparent.

Step 2

Now put coconut powder, cashew nuts, milk powder in the grinder and grind it smoothly and put it in the pan. Keep the flame low and fry it by adding the remaining ghee. When it leaves the bottom of the pan and gathers together, take it out on a plate and divide it into two parts.

Step 3

Add cocoa powder in one and mix it well. Now grease your hands and make balls of the same size from both. Now take one mango ball and one chocolate ball and mix them lightly with your hands and give it a marble like texture. Delicious mango marble balls are ready.
