Step 1

First of all, wash and peel the mango thoroughly. Cut the mango into small pieces. Add curd, mango, sugar and cardamom powder in the blender.

Step 2

Add milk, ice and a pinch of salt. Blend it until it becomes completely smooth.

Step 3

Make Mango Lassi thin or thick as per your choice. Sprinkle chopped dry fruits etc. on top.

Step 4

Mango lassi is ready.
