Mango Khantoli

Mango Khantoli is a super sweet treat for your children and everyone with the indulgent flavour of Mango and Coconut, Mango is the magical ingredient which makes the dish extremely appealing with its fruity aroma and taste.

Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan and roast semolina ,until fragrant .

Step 2

Blend Mango pulp, Sugar,cardamom powder and water together .Grease a plate with ghee .

Step 3

Pour the blended mango mixture into the pan and mix it together avoiding any lumps .Add Dessicated coconut and mix well . cook on low heat .

Step 4

When the rava absorbs almost all the liquid and looks dry .

Step 5

Put the cooked mixture in a lightly greased thali or baking tray. Sprinkle the reserved coconut and pistachio flakes and tutty fruity .

Step 6

Pat lightly to press them in Cool completely and cut into squares or diamonds.

Step 7

Mango khantoli Is ready to serve .
