Step 1

Grind the mango pulp smoothly. Now heat ghee in a pan (save 1 tbsp ghee). Add semolina and fry it on low flame. When it turns golden, add mango pulp and milk powder and mix well.

Step 2

Now add milk and cook everything for 5-7 minutes. Now add dry fruits and cardamom powder and fry well.

Step 3

When all the milk dries up and the halwa gathers leaving the bottom of the pan, then turn off the gas, add ghee and keep it covered for 2 minutes. Now add dry fruits and serve.
