Step 1

Heat a non-stick pan on low flame and add crumbled paneer

Step 2

Add mango pulp and condensed milk Mix well and cook on low flame

Step 3

Add milk powder and keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps

Step 4

Add soaked saffron and cardamom powder Mix nicely

Step 5

Cook until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan like soft dough consistency

Step 6

Transfer the mixture to a greased plate or tray Spread evenly

Step 7

Top with chopped dry fruits and gently press

Step 8

Let it cool completely, then cut into squares
