Step 1
Dry roast rava till it’s slightly browned.
Step 2
Add rava, mango pulp, sugar, curd and water and mix well to form a smooth batter and keep aside it covered for 10 minutes .
Step 3
Heat water in a pressure cooker
Step 4
Add baking soda to the mixture just before steaming and fold well
Step 5
Grease the idli mould and place the cashews on each mould.
Step 6
Spoon the batter on top of the cashews and steam for 6-7 minutes.
Step 7
Check if ,It’s done by inserting a knife or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 8
Remove from the steamer and let it cool for 5 mins
Step 9
Remove from mould and serve.
