Step 1

In a bowl add washed and cut mango pieces, add sugar, lime juice and mix and mash little with a masher, set aside

Step 2

In a bowl add double cream and whisk until soft peaks visible

Step 3

Take Graham digestive crackers and blend into fine powder

Step 4

To the double cream add condensed milk and whisk well

Step 5

Add 1 drop vanilla essence to it and mix

Step 6

In a dessert bowl first add Graham digestive biscuit powder, press with a back of spoon

Step 7

Add the double cream mix then add mango mix, repeat the layers and biscuit powder should be on top

Step 8

Refrigerate for 3 hours

Step 9

Before serving add mango pieces on top and enjoy
