Prepare Coconut Mixture: Add fresh coconut water and coconut malai to a blender.

Step 2

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Soak Chia Seeds: Soak chia (sabja) seeds in water for about 10–15 minutes until they swell.

Step 4

Prepare Mango Mixture: Add chopped mango and honey to a blender.

Step 5

Blend into a smooth puree.

Step 6

Assemble the Delight: Take a tall glass.

Step 7

Add soaked chia seeds at the bottom.

Step 8

Pour the chilled coconut mixture over it.

Step 9

Top with the mango mixture.

Step 10

Serve:  Serve immediately, optionally with ice cubes for a refreshing taste.
