Mango Cake

Step 1

Make puree of Mango, Keep aside

Step 2

In a mixing bowl add semolina + refine flour + baking powder + salt and mix well. Now add curd + oil + Vanilla essence + condense milk and give a good mix, keep aside for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Put oven on pre heat or put assembled oven for pre heat.

Step 4

Grease cake mould and keep aside.

Step 5

Now add the mango pulp and mix well. Lastly add baking soda and mix gently, we need a medium ( thick yet dropping ) consistency batter.

Step 6

Transfer to greased cake mould, decorate with dry fruits, tap 2-3 times. It is ready to go for bake.

Step 7

Put into oven / assembled oven and bake for 25 – 30 minutes but check in between. Go for tooth pick test, if it comes clean then cake is baked properly. Allow to come to room temperature.

Step 8

de mould it and cut into pieces.
