Step 1

Start by heating the ghee with mango puree on low flame When slightly warm add the milk powder

Step 2

Add the Kesar mixed with water Continue cooking on low flame When the mixture is all uniform add the sugar

Step 3

When you mix the sugar the mixture will loosen up a bit thats ok Continue cooking on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pan

Step 4

Transfer on a parchment Or butter paper roll it to the desired thickness

Step 5

Garnish with nuts of your choice Let this cool and stay as it is for 1 hour

Step 6

Cut as desired shape and store in an air tight container
