Wash and soak lentils, rice, flattened rice, and fenugreek seeds overnight.
Separate the water from the water and grind them finely in a grinder. Transfer the mixture to a vessel. Cover and keep it in a warm place for 8-10 hours to ferment. Add salt to taste and all the vegetables and mix well. Add water to the prepared batter (make sure the batter is not too thick; we want to keep it very thin).
Now heat the pan, grease it with a little oil. Keep the flame medium and spread the batter in a circular shape with a spoon. When the entire Amboli is filled with holes and the top part is dry, apply a little oil on it, turn it over and fry. Make all the Amboli in the same way. Serve with Singdana chutney, green chutney, and gram curry.
