Step 1

Grate paneer, and assemble all ingredients. Smoothen paneer and keep aside.

Step 2

Pour milk into a pan, add milk powder and mix very nicely. Now put the pan on medium flame and cook milk till thickens. Continuously keep stirring.

Step 3

Add sugar and further cook till the milk is reduced to 1 cup. Keep stirring continuously.

Step 4

Now Milk is reduced to one cup

Step 5

Add paneer + Malai and mix well. Stir nicely to prevent lumps and Cook till milk and paneer incorporate well and the mixture starts leaving the pan and also starts firming.

Step 6

Lastly, add cardamom powder, mix well and cook for a few seconds (don’t dry too much) Transfer to a plate/thali and allow to cool.

Step 7

After it’s fully cool, knead the mixture very gently and it will take the form of a dough. Grease palms and start pinching medium portions from dough and give shape of Peda

Step 8

Garnish with Pista and it is ready to serve.
