Blend coriander, mint, chilies, garlic, lemon juice, and a little water into a smooth chutney.

Step 2

Mix the chutney with yogurt.

Step 3

Add lemon zest, cumin powder, salt, and honey if using. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
