Step 1

Mix the ghee and sesame seeds thoroughly in the flour. Add a little warm water to the jaggery to prepare a batter and strain it.

Step 2

Knead a soft dough with this water. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. Now heat oil/ghee. Form a small ball of dough and make a thick roti. Cut it into squares with a knife. Prepare all the khurmis in the same manner.

Step 3

Now heat ghee/oil in a pan and fry it on medium to low flame till golden brown. You can store it after it cools down. It remains tasty for a long time.
