Step 1

Wash n peel raw Mango grate them nicely.

Step 2

Add sugar n Salt to grated mangoes mix well.

Step 2

Cover n keep 2-3- hours till sugar melts

Step 4

Add red chilli, jeera powder. black pepper n mix well

Step 5

Transfer mixture into clean glass jar keep jar in sunlight(doop)for 2-3 days stir once daily with a dry spoon. When syrup becomes thick and mango turns transparent Chunda is ready.
