In a bowl, mix jowar flour with a little buttermilk to make a smooth paste without lumps.

Add the remaining buttermilk and mix well.

Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds and hing.

Add grated ginger and sauté for a few seconds.

Pour in the jowar-buttermilk mixture and keep stirring continuously.

Cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes until the rab thickens and becomes smooth.

Add salt and simmer for another 2 minutes.

Garnish with chopped coriander
