Cook Rice :– Wash and cook the rice until soft, fluffy and separated.

Step 3

Make Puris :– Knead a firm wheat-flour dough, roll small puris and deep-fry until puffed and golden.

Step 4

Prepare Saag :– Wash and chop the greens. Cook them with ginger, green chilli and mild spices until tender.

Step 5

Prepare Six Sabzis :– Cook each of the six vegetables separately with a simple traditional tempering and spices so that every sabzi has its own flavour.

Step 6

Prepare Pakoras :– Make a thick besan batter with spices and vegetables. Fry small portions until crisp and golden.

Step 7

Salad & Sweet :– Slice fresh cucumber and tomato for the salad and prepare the traditional sweet.

Step 8

Assemble the Bhog Thali :– Arrange kadhi pakora, rice, puris, saag, six sabzis, assorted pakoras, salad and sweet beautifully in a traditional thali. Offer it to Bhagwan Shri Krishna as Chhathi Bhog, then serve as prasad.
