Step 1

Blend yoghurt well .

Step 2

Sandwich yoghurt between 3 bread slices .

Step 3

Cut the sandwiches into quarters .

Step 4

Heat oil for tempering, add mustard seeds, chilies, and curry leaves. Pour in the sugar-water and let it bubble.

Step 5

Spoon this warm, sweet-spicy liquid over the bread pieces so they soak up the moisture and stay soft.

Step 6

Garnish with Fresh coriander and pomegranate seeds (optional).

Step 7

Serve Instant Bread Dhokla.
