Hung Curd Sandwich with Salad

In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well , so that no lumps remain
When done , take it out in an airtight container
We can store it in the refrigerator for a week
Wash the vegetables and then put them in boiling water , along with little salt
Cook them for 5 minutes and then strain them in a big strainer
Let them cool down completely
In a mixing bowl put 1/4 cup of boiled vegetables
Now add 2-3 tbsp of hung curd dressing to the vegetables and mix well
The stuffing is ready
This is enough for one sandwich , you can keep the rest of the vegetables and hung curd dressing in the refrigerator , separately Whenever required you can use it
Heat a pan on low heat Now apply little butter on one side of the bread , now place the stuffing on this buttered slice very nicely , covering the whole piece
Now apply some butter on the other slice also and place it on the stuffing slice one , the butter side will be inside
Now apply little butter on the outer side also , on both the sides and place the sandwich on the hot pan
When the sandwich becomes light brown from the lower part , then flip it over to the other side Again roast it from the other side , until becomes light brown When done , take it out in a plate and cut it into two parts , by giving it the shape of a triangle . Butter is applied on the inner part so that the hung curd doesn’t make the bread soggy
In a big vessel boil beans and potatoes together
When they are completely cooked then take them out in a big strainer
Let it cool down completely
In a mixing bowl put together oil , mixed herbs , chilly flakes , lime juice , salt and sugar , mix them properly
Now add boiled potato and beans , purple cabbage and all the sliced bell peppers
Toss well with a spoon , but very gently
Add chopped coriander and mix nicely , the salad is ready
Take a serving platter , place the ready exotic salad on one side
On the other side arrange the sandwich triangles
If you like you can chill the salad in the refrigerator for half an hour
We can prepare the dressing beforehand also and keep it in the refrigerator
When required then mix it with the vegetables
We can prepare the salad when the sandwich is being cooked
