Step 1

Take a mixing bowl and mix together maida and oil nicely then by adding water little by little make a tight dough but of smooth texture

Now make big balls from dough and roll into a big thin roti now cut half centimeter strips from this roti

In the same way make all the rotis and cut into strips

Step 4

Now dry these strips on a plastic sheet and let it dry on the table

Step 5

It should be dried in the shade first then after two days dry them under the sunlight for 3-4 hours

It will become hard store them in an airtight container

Step 7

It will stay good for 15 days then we have to keep it in the refrigerator especially in the hot and humid climate

Heat butter in a pan and put garlic saute for a while then add onion cook for a minute

Step 9

Then add tomato puree and cook until the oil comes out Then add all the other ingredients one by one except cheese and cook until everything mixes up nicely

Step 10

Now take out the ready pasta in a serving plate and garnish with grated cheese

Step 11

Serve hot
