Step 1
In a big bowl add grated raw mangoes, sugar and mix it well. Let it rest for atleast 2 hours. Then a thick bottom saucepan or kadhai add mangoes sugar mixture and cook for 5 minutes on low to medium flame heat.
Step 2
Stir continuously. Add salt and cinnamon stick and mix it and cook for 10 minutes on low flame heat or until translate and well cooked, Stir occasionally. Add lemon juice and mix it and cook for another 5 minutes .Then turn off the flame. Delicious and mouthwatering Natural Mango Jam is ready.
Step 3
Cool completely then transfer in well dry glass jar and keep it in the refrigerator. Enjoy for atleast 1 to 2 month.
