Eggless Choco Chip Brookies

Step 1

Sift together maida, cocoa powder, coffee powder, baking powder and keep aside.

Step 2

Melt roughly chopped chocolate and butter together stirring in between until chocolate is smooth and melted completely. Add powdered brown sugar, vanilla essence and fresh curd. Whisk well until mixture is smooth and well combined.

Step 3

Gradually add sifted dry ingredients to chocolate mixture and gently fold everything to form a dough. Make equal sized balls from the dough. Arrange in greased baking tray lined with parchment paper leaving spaces between them.

Step 4

Bake in an preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 to 15 mins till edges are set. Remove from oven and let it cool down for 5 to 7 mins and then transfer on a wire cooling rack to cool completely.

Step 5

Enjoy cooled or warm or store in an airtight container to enjoy later.
