Step 1
Peel and grate the potatoes. Thoroughly wash the grated potatoes in water 2-3 times. Blanch to remove starch, then squeeze out all excess moisture completely and cool.

Make the Base Mixture: In a bowl, mix the dried grated potatoes with cornflour, rice flour, oregano, chili flakes, and salt.

Cook the Base: Heat oil in a non-stick pan/tawa. Spread the potato mixture evenly to form a base (around 1/4 inch thick). Cover and cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes until the bottom turns golden brown.
Step 4
Flip and Top: Carefully flip the base. Spread pizza sauce/ketchup, then add a layer of cheese, followed by vegetables, more cheese, and seasoning.
Step 5
Final Cook: Cover the pan and cook on medium-low heat for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the base is crispy.
Step 6
Serve: Garnish with coriander or fresh basil ,olives,jalepeno and serve immediately.
