#ST26 Dhuli moong dal spinach paneer waffles are a fantastic high protein tiffin option they are nutritious kid friendly these waffles are unique twist on the classic Indian dish these savoury waffles are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside topped with paneer and a delicious blend of spices and flavours it is gluten free and perfect for breakfast I made them for school lunch and my son loved it .

Step 1

Drain the soaked moong dal in a blender combine moong dal fresh spinach ginger green chilli yogurt and a little water blend until completely smooth and thick batter

Step 2

Pour the batter into a mixing bowl fold in grated paneer chopped onion salt as per taste roasted jeera powder mix all this properly

Step 3

Heat waffle maker brush it with butter now add Eno fruit salt to the batter pour 1 tsp of water on eno mix it

Step 4

Pour some batter immediately into the hot waffle maker close the lid cook for 5 minutes until golden and crispy

Step 5

Garnish it with some paneer and tomato ketchup

Step 6

Tasty and healthy Dhuli moong dal spinach paneer waffles are ready for tiffin meal.
