Step 1

Heat ghee in a deep heavy bottomed pan

Step 2

Add dhaniya powder and roast on slow flame till the color becomes little darker and a dhaniya fragrance emanates from it

Step 3

Remove Crome fire and let it cool a bit

Step 4

Cut all dry fruit

Step 5

In another pan add a little ghee and roast all makhana and dry fruit to a light brown color

Step 6

Add them in the dhaniya mixture

Step 7

When it cools a little more add shakkar and spices. Mix well. Let it cool thoroughly

Step 8

Put it in an air tight tin and give a few spoonfuls of it daily to the young mother
