Tasty yummy Protien Rich Mansoon platter with greenchilli
Soak chana dal for 3–4 hours. Drain completely and grind coarsely (do not add much water).
Mix in onion, chilies, ginger, coriander, cumin, and salt. Shape into small flattened patties.
Heat oil and fry on medium heat until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels and serve with chutney.
