Creamy Corn Sandwich

In a pan add Oil / Butter, add chopped Garlic and saute till golden brown, then add chopped Onion + green chilli + Capsicum and sauté for few ingredients.

Add Corn and sauté for around 2 minutes. Add Milk and cook for few minutes.

Add Oregeno + chilli flakes + salt and cook for few minutes under low flame.

Add grated Cheese, stir well and cook further for few seconds, mixture thickens.

Sandwich filling is done.

Take bread slices, spread the prepared filling evenly and generously, cover with another bread slice.

Heat tawa / pan, add sufficient butter. Place the sandwich and toast under low to medium flame till crisp and golden brown.

Flip and toast the other side too. Corn Sandwich is done.
