First prepare the basmati rice by cooking it.
Now wash the green coriander mint well, add chilli and garlic in it and make a paste.
Now heat oil and ghee in a pan, add dry spices and add hing. Add onion. Once onion is cooked, add peas, salt to taste and cover with 1/2 bowl of water.
Once the water is burnt and the peas and onions are cooked, add green coriander paste. Add 1/2 bowl of water again and mix well. After the water is burnt, add rice in it and mix the rice slowly with two spoons. (Do a little test on this stage.
Ready coriander rice Garnish it with green coriander and serve with raita or yogurt.
