Step 1

First, cut the bread with a large circular cutter, glass, or bowl, then cut the center with a smaller cutter or lid. Cut all the bread pieces in this manner, and use the edges to make other dishes like breadcrumbs, bread upma, bread pudding, etc.

Now, heat ghee or oil and fry all the bread pieces over medium heat until golden brown.

Now, add 2 tablespoons of water to the sugar, heat it, and make a string-free, sticky syrup.

Step 4

Now, dip the fried bread pieces into the chocolate sauce and let it sit covered for 10 minutes, then remove them from the syrup.

Step 5

Now, add milk to the chocolate and let it melt while stirring continuously. Add butter and heat until it thickens to a sauce consistency.

Step 6

Now, dip the bread pieces one by one into the chocolate sauce, set aside. Top with nuts or chocolate chips, and enjoy hot or cold.
